TRIO-P is an equipment used to realize homogeneous blends of plastic or natural materials in the form of pellets, grinded, fibers, powders. This gravimetric dosing system belongs to the plastic technologies developed by Engin Plast. These technologies enable the measurement of each single component of the blend.

OPERATION

In TRIO-P system the operating cycle starts from the gravimetric metering of the materials (plastic, natural fibers, minerals) with the sequential reading of the weight of each component through a balance supported by high-resolution load cells.

The weighed materials are successively mixed in a mixer specifically studied to guarantee an homogenous blend suitable for feeding the next process.

A high performance microprocessor controls the process.

APPLICATION

TRIO-P is a versatile equipment that can be installed directly above the process machine in replacement of the feeding hopper, or on the ground to feed other machines.
