Cap Counter

Cap Counter designed for fast count of capsules and caps.

The Cap Counter can be located downstream our cooling system “Cap Cooler”.

The CAP COUNTER is a machine specifically designed to rapidly count small plastic cylindrical parts having  height smaller  than diameter  and  unbalanced barycenter , as for example  plastic capsules (caps) for bottles.

The machine is conceived to be installed downstream of a production line and in particular  downstream  of  our cap cooling system “Cap Cooler”.

The machine is equipped with two outputs to feed the specially provided containers for caps collection placed beneath.

The two outputs work alternatively to allow the removal of the filled container once the count has been reached. The PLC control allows  the count operation according to one’s own requirements and the constant monitoring of the most significant operating parameters, showing any possible trouble.

Adjusting kits for different diameters and configurations can be supplied upon request.
