Shapes, colours and sizes are carefully controlled.

A very accurate lighting grants high definition images for both translucent and opaque plastic  containers.

The complete system is composed by two modules:

• 4 camera module for the complete 360° sidewall monitoring of round and non-round containers
• 2 camera module for the bottle finish measuring and seal inspection.

One of the cameras is a special telecentric unit, making the functions of 3 standard cameras.

An integrated high performance PC shows in real-time the inspected parameters displaying statistics of every single parameter.

User-defined analyses can be easily added to the standard machine by the operator to fit the B Sorter to the production even at a later stage.
