DMIX is an equipment used to realize homogeneous blends of plastic or natural materials, in the form of pellets and grinded, by dosing volumetrically each single component.

OPERATION

In DMX the process cycle starts from the sequential volumetric dosage of the materials. The materials are subsequently blended in a mixer specifically studied to guarantee an homogeneous blend suitable for feeding the next process. A high-performance processor controls the process.

APPLICATION

DMX is a versatile equipment that can be installed directly above the process machine in place of the feeding hopper, or on the ground in order to feed other machines.
