Centralized dosing systems

Centralized dosing systems - one of the components of the central systems, can be designed and supplied complete with a central system for loading, storing and preparing the material.

Unlike an individual weighing / volumetric dosing system where the dispenser operates for a long time with one recipe intended for the production of one type of product, centralized dosing systems are designed to provide a ready mix of materials of the entire production, i.e. Each portion of the material is prepared according to a prescription different from the previous one and is intended for a specific piece of equipment.

The main advantage of central dosing systems is a virtually unlimited number of recipes that can be for each piece of equipment that produces products. The situation is practically excluded when the recipe can not be prepared for any of the processing machines. In addition, the cost of a centralized dispenser is lower than a few simple weighing / volumetric dosing systems installed on the injection molding machine or an extruder.

As a rule, centralized batchers are placed in the immediate vicinity of the storage and preparation of material, in the same place the mixture is prepared and fed through one pipe to the machine, thereby reducing the costs of laying pipes and receivers of the material.

The management and accounting of the processed materials is greatly simplified, the system always knows how much and what material was fed to each machine, which can be used in materials accounting systems, and integrated into accounting systems such as 1C.
