The crystallizers of the CRN series

have been designed to treat PET in amorphous granules and flakes of bottles, etc. There are 9 models with capacities ranging from 300 to 8000 dm3. 

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: 

• Control with a PLC Siemes and touchscreen operator interface. 
• Stainless-steel hopper equipped with a vertical agitation system. Powered by epicycloidal gearmotors with a low number of revolutions. 
• High-efficiency soundproof fan. 
• Electric-type heating chamber or gas exchanger. 
• Cyclone installed on the return pipe of the process air. 

ACCESSORIES 

• Rotary valve for loading and unloading. 
• Pneumatic feeding and extraction system. 
• Oil condensation system.
