Crystallizer PET

is designed to improve the quality of secondary amorphous granulate and crushed flakes in order to improve the technological properties of the material and to approximate its characteristics to the characteristics of primary raw materials. The crystallizer consists of a special heat insulated hopper, a heating system with hot air circulation, a mixing device and a control unit.

Granules and flakes of polyethylene terephthalate (PET, PET, lavsan) without any pretreatment at room temperature are directly loaded into a crystallizer in which a heat-conducting medium (for example, hot air, hot nitrogen, or indirect contact with hot oil) maintains a suitable crystallization temperature.
