DG 1 SP is an equipment used to feed process lines with plastic or natural materials in the form of pellets, grinded, fibers, powders. This gravimetric dosing system belongs to the plastic technologies developed by Engin Plast. These technologies enable to measure with precison the material to be dosed.

OPERATION

In DG1SP the operation process starts from the gravimetric dosage of the material with a reading of the weight through a balance supported by high-resolution load cells. The weighed material feeds directly the next process. A high-performance microprocessor controls the process.
