Volumetric dosing units

Volumetric dosing units are designed to automatically dispense additives, such as dyes, into the base material, installed on the neck of the machine through a connecting flange with a static mixer or a flow mixing mixer. Are intended for work with the granulated, powder materials (dyes, superconcentrates, additives, etc.) or crushed.

Can be installed on injection molding machines, extruders, blowing machines.

Dosing is carried out by a screw element due to material intake by the interturn space. Therefore, the dosing of the additive is carried out volumetric and the accuracy of dosing depends not only on the parameters and operating modes of the dispenser, but also on the size of the granules. The approximate accuracy of dosing is 1-2% of the volume.
