- with cooling capacities from 3,5 to 10 kW designed for various applications such as machine tools, high speed spinale, EDM machines, laboratory apparatuses.

Chillers suitable for the cooling of different fluids such as  glycol and water mix, hydraulic oils, cutting fluids.

• Chillers with temperature range for operation with water: from +5°C  to +30°C
• Chillers with temperature range for operation with oil: from +20°C  to +45°C

Main features

• Peripheral or centrifugal pump for water, emulsions, water and glycol mix or gear pump for high-medium viscosity fluids
• Finned coil evaporator into the tank, suitable for units cooling water, water and glycol mix or low viscosity fluids
• Stainless steel brazed plate evaporator used in chillers without tank to cool any clean fluid and cleanable evaporator for “dirty” fluids
• Electronic thermostat with digital display
• Electrical box IP 55
• Easy to clean metallic air filters on both sides
• Galvanized steel frame hot painted with systhetic powders

Versions

• Version W, chillers suitable for low viscosity water and fluids, without pump and tank;
• Version O, chillers suitable for medium viscosity fluids, without pump and tank;
• Version WP (chillers for water) and OP (chillers for oil) suitable for working in open or closed loop circuits (hydraulics, cutting oils, dielectric oil), without tank, with pump.
• Version WVP, chillers suitable only for water and very fluid oils for working in closed loop circuits without accumulation (high speed spindles, spot welding machines, laser), supplied with serbatoio di accumulo aperto, ispezionabile in acciaio inox e pompa di circolazione, ;
• Version EI, chillers suitable for “dirty” fluids, with cleanable evaporator  and pump, without tank.
