TRIO - multicomponent weighing dosing system

TRIO is a single- or multicomponent weighing (gravimetric) dosing system that delivers the material with high accuracy and ensures a uniform mixing of polymers and copolymers in granules with good flow properties.

TRIO combines the technological solutions of continuous weighing dosing, automatic process control, constant product quality, and extremely low raw material losses.

This system is an ideal solution for the extrusion process of thermoforming film and sheet thermoplastic, single-layer or multi-layer film, tubes, profiles, cables, textile material.

Modern software allows you to set new recipes or change existing ones without stopping the production process. The recipe in automatic mode can be changed in the configuration of the weighted recycled material, with the function of preserving the percent of the dye, controlling the weight of the extruded material (gram / meter) and controlling the granule size.

Intuitive control panel, allows you to quickly set operating parameters, connect to a LAN network, exchange data with other systems.

High accuracy is ensured due to the rapid collection and processing of data, combined with the high quality of the weighing system, and a high level of dosing, thanks to the use of one or two precise augers, dosing valves and protection against electromagnetic and electrostatic interference.
